What time of day should I take an ovulation test?

It is recommended to take an ovulation test between 10 AM to 8 PM as the LH surge in the body usually occurs in the early morning and it can take several hours for the hormone to appear in your urine.

More importantly, take a test at regular times every day to minimize the chance of missing LH surge detection. Also, please use concentrated urine. In other words, make sure you haven't taken in a lot of fluids the 2 hours prior to testing.
